  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
  • Withdrawal processing typically takes 12–24 Hours may take time.
  • Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hi99 and will result in permanent account closure:

  • Software or Bots Attempting to manipulate games using software or tools.

Consequences: If any of the above is proven, all balances and bonuses in the account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

  • If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded, though bonuses with unmet requirements will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

Hi99 is not liable for the following:

  • Losing a game or bet due to an internet disconnection.
  • Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
  • Any loss caused by issues with the user's own device.
